Due to the future approach of "information eyelid", the main objective becomes maximum to accelerate and simplify information transfer between people and to increase its "comprehensibility". For this reason it is standardized and classified as it is possible to accelerate processing of information stream more strongly. This process influences culture doubly: on the one hand, spiritual and material aspects of life of the person because at culture in a necessary way there is an information element which is exposed to the above described transformations, and on the other hand as much as possible approach, there is a sharp differentiation of emotional and information aspects of culture. I would like to stop in more detail on these tendencies.

In industrial economy economic activity was mainly production of goods, and the limiting factor - most often the capital. In information economy economic activity is mainly production and application of information with the purpose to make all other modes of production more effective and by that to create more material wealth. Philosophers-authors of the concept of "information (post-industrial) society" did not come to a consensus that initially in their historical concept - the spiritual or material sphere. It is proved by quotes from Toffler and Jaspers. The main distinction between Toffler and Jaspers's views is that if the last considers as the beginning of transition to a new civilization the changed consciousness of people, the first believes the moment of approach of new "wave" the changed life of the person and the environment of his dwelling.
There is a set of the concepts trying to explain why in the history everything occurred so, but not differently. As the main of them traditionally are considered "civilization" (authors - Toynbee, Danilevsky) and "formational" (well-known "pyatichlenka" Marx. The first of them takes as a principle developments of human society sociocultural types, and the second - the production and economic relations.
Besides, I would like to note that the culture of new society represents very non-uniform weight because is in process of formation for which end it is necessary to wait, on all evidence, to the middle of the XXI century.

If before a picture of artists realists satisfied both of these requirements, now their functions are sharply differentiated - drawings and maps an essence information, abstraktsionistsky pictures an essence esthetic pleasure.
